DESIGN
Whether you have your own architect/interior designer or if you choose one of our plans, it is a good idea to bring us into the design process as early as possible. We can help you with recommendations on long lead time items, and value engineering, to avoid delays and keep you within budget. We want to simplify the entire design and building process for you.
T3 Homes will prioritize working closely with your architect and interior designer to make your dream home a reality. If you are in the beginning stages of the build and design process let us help you find the designer and architect that will meet your expectations. We have access to both local and national designers. Or choose to work with our in-home architect.
ONE & DONE
If you decide to use one of our plans, we will remove it from our list. Each home that we build will be its own unique building. We will not allow the same home to be built twice.
QUALITY
In today's day and age, quality is hard to find. We demand the highest quality from our subcontractors and hold them to our standards. All work that is completed is inspected closely by our team. We have an extensive sub list that consists of contractors located all over the country. We do this so that we make sure that we are using the best of the best. Quality is a requirement that we at T3 Homes uphold higher than all others.
